Absolutely. We love reshaping family pieces into meaningful, modern designs. All stones are inspected for suitability before setting.

We specialize in 14k & 18k gold, platinum, and occasionally silver for select projects. All metals meet strict quality standards.
Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Both. We work with ethically sourced natural diamonds and high-quality lab-grown stones. We’ll guide you through the best option for your design and budget.

Yes — diamonds, colored gemstones, specialty cuts, custom sizes, matched pairs, and unique center stones are all sourced through our network of trusted suppliers.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Custom jewelry varies depending on metal weight, gemstone size/quality, and design complexity. During your consultation, we provide a tailored quote and a breakdown of all components.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion before pickup or shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and approved financing options if available through your chosen showroom location.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
Yes — our portfolio is available on our website, Instagram, and during in-person consultations. We showcase CADs, sketches, wax models, and finished pieces.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes — insured shipping within the U.S. is available, and T'rente Fine Jewelry offers free shipping on most orders.
Do you offer appraisals or certifications?
Yes. Upon request, we provide appraisals for insurance purposes, and all center diamonds come with GIA/IGI certification where applicable.
What if I need resizing or repairs?
We offer resizing, polishing, stone tightening, and most repairs for pieces created in-house. Third-party jewelry is evaluated case-by-case.
What if I’m not local?
We work with clients nationwide. All consultations, design approvals, and payments can be handled online, and we ship finished pieces safely and securely.

Is there a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects (not wear-and-tear or accidental damage). Detailed care instructions are provided with each piece.
